The Human | Work Ecosystem is network of professional coaches, facilitators, guides, and mentors who support the humanization of work through mentorship.
We all work together to support you in humanizing your work through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, guided exercises, community events, and humanized resources
Each of our mentors is skilled at humanizing work within their own niche (leadership, entrepreneurship, etc.) and you’ll have a chance to work with any/all of them.
We do encourage completing GroundWork prior to enrolling in Mentoring and require it within the first year. This allows us to help you stay aligned to your goals and values more effectively.

You get two mentor sessions per month and can choose which mentor(s) to work with. We suggest working with Charlie or your primary mentor to identify who might be the best fit for you.

Part of your membership includes unlimited access to our community events. We invite you to join us!

You’ll also get access to our resource library of tools & templates.

We understand that things come up outside of 1:1 sessions. Your primary mentor will be available (within reason) to support you via email, text, or other method of their choice.

The Value of Mentoring
We’ll be honest, the money talk is the most awkward part of the work we do. We desire to make our programs accessible to all, while also reciprocal—meaning we all share in the value created.
Many of our clients are starting businesses and don’t have free capital.
Some are stuck in challenging financial situations.
Others are in abundance, but fully unfulfilled in their work.
One price does not fit all.
We price our program on a self–selected sliding scale that changes as your abundance changes.
We always keep a few seats available for folks who would be limited in accessing this work at the lowest tier price.

Our sliding scale allows you to choose a rate that works well for you.
You pay as we create value together, reassessing every 6 months and adjusting as appropriate (up or down) with a 30 day notice.
We ask that you stick with our program for a minimum of 3 months to ensure we can support you adequately.

Once you enroll in the program we will first send you an automated confirmation. This is simply for your reference.
Within a few days a mentor will reach out to you to set up an introductory call. We will set some goals and pair you with your primary mentor (per your preference, of course).
Then, we are off to the races!
