It’s finally here! The day we’ve been waiting for: GroundWork Kickoff day 🥳

We will be kicking off our very first cohort of GroundWork with an introduction to the program and the community.

This event is for:

• everyone registered for the Winter ‘24 GroundWork cohort

• any past or future cohort participants

• anyone curious about the program

During this two–hour, virtual program we will be getting to know each other and the Mentors, and orienting to the GroundWork process. The Mentors will lead us through some initial exercises and you’ll leave ready to dive into aligning to work that works for you.

(You do not need to be enrolled in GroundWork to attend this event)

About GroundWork

GroundWork is a mentor– and community–supported, professional development program designed to help you align to fulfilling work.

The 12–week program includes a series of self–guided introspections, optional 1:1 mentoring sessions, and community cohort integration. It’s designed to build awareness around your individual relationship to work to help you identify what you need in human–work alignment.
