Individuals looking to align to a core purpose can work with us 1:1 in conjunction with the GroundWork program. The core ideology addition includes 3 to 5 1:1 sessions for an additional cost.

We specialize in supporting small business owners and leaders in developing an aligned strategic roadmap. Our small business program includes annual/quarterly strategic planning and monthly strategic support.
Organizations
We support organizational leaders in articulating and aligning to a core ideology. We facilitate this through a core ideology workshop and quarterly alignments.
