We work with leaders, individuals, and organizations to help align to work that works—for the human, for the team, and for our collective humanity.

The Human | Work Circle is an online forum space and community platform to create access to the culture of humanized work. It’s where we connect around humanized work, support a culture of human–work alignment, and share stories of working humans doing human work.

Our ecosystem of mentors consists of a network of professional coaches, facilitators, guides, and mentors who support the humanization of work through mentorship.
Each mentor has their own niche outside of H|W, but extends parts of this work within H|W.

GroundWork is a self–guided professional development program designed to help you identify your needs for aligned and fulfilling work.
The program consists of five segments, or "Blocks" of exercises, introspections, and resources that can be completed sequentially or individually at your own pace. At the end of the program you'll have a personalized work "blueprint" to map out aligned, fulfilling, and optimized work.
Pricing for GroundWork is $950 for the entire course or $250 per Block with options for pay–what-you-can. Optional mentorship is available at an additional cost.
