We hope that by supporting human–work alignment and normalizing healthy, interdependent work relationships, we can inspire happier, humanized, and more prosperous work experiences.
Our purpose is to explore, guide, and cultivate human–work alignment and the humanized work experience to collectively improve our cultural relationship with work.
We work with leaders, individuals, and organizations to help them align to a core purpose of work.

Integrate Whole Humans: humans are imperfect and complex, invite them and all their unique strengths, needs, and challenges into the work.
Incorporate Ecosystemic Practices: Mindfully design processes, practices, structures, and systems that align and connect the humans within.

We believe that work is an important aspect of our human nature, but the modern experience of work no longer aligns with this nature. We work to support human–work alignment through a combination of professional development programs, mentoring, community connection, and organizational advising.

The Human | Work Circle is an online forum space and community platform to create access to the culture of humanized work. It’s where we connect around humanized work, support a culture of human–work alignment, and share stories of working humans doing human work.

Our ecosystem of mentors consists of a network of professional coaches, facilitators, guides, and mentors who support the humanization of work through mentorship.
Each mentor has their own niche outside of H|W, but extends parts of this work within H|W.

Our mentors have co–created trainings, facilitations, retreats, and workshops to guide organizations in cultivating ecosystemic practices.

Human | Work Circle is an online forum space and community platform to create access to the culture of humanized work. It’s where we connect around humanized work, support a culture of human–work alignment, and share stories of working humans doing human work. We regularly host educational workshops, discussions, masterminds, and other events.
